The County of Lehigh will receive sealed bids until 4:00 P.M. Local Time, November 16, 2022, and will publicly open said bids after 10:00 A.M. Local Time, November 17, 2022, for the HVAC UPGRADES PROJECT at the Hamilton Financial 911 Center.

Complete sets of Bid Documents may be obtained 1) on or after October 19, 2022 at the office of the Engineer: Strunk-Albert Engineering, 804 Seven Bridge Road, East Stroudsburg, PA 18301, 570-421-2025 upon a non-refundable payment of $75.00 per set, including shipping. Checks shall be made payable to “Strunk-Albert Engineering” ; or 2) downloadable via the View/Print option below for no charge .

A mandatory pre-bid meeting will be held at the Hamilton Financial Center located at 640 Hamilton Street, Allentown, PA 18101 on November 2, 2022, commencing at 2:00 P.M. Meet at the main entrance off of Hamilton Street.

In an attempt to safeguard all persons attending the pre-bid meeting, attendees must abide by the same policies and procedures regarding COVID-19 as Lehigh County employees are expected to follow. The requirements include social distancing, proper face masks, temperature screenings prior to entry (if applicable), and adherence to all posted signage throughout County facilities.
