Description:

DHS, together with the Governor’s Office of Administration’s (“GOA”) Health and Human Services Delivery Center (“HHSDC”), is seeking proposals from Offerors for the provision of comprehensive TS to support the range of activities within the Information Technology (“IT”) program and project delivery process for DHS. These services include:
• Technical application support (such as maintenance, major and minor modifications, and systems operations) of core DHS business application systems.
• Operational support for DHS’s Shared Services operations, Data Management operations, and direct technical support of DHS technical needs as required.
• Modifications, enhancements, and technical support (including maintenance, technical upgrades, and systems operations) of the DHS Imaging Systems solution.
