This PROJECT IS A STANDARD LOW BID PROJECT and includes: GENERAL CONSTRUCTION, HVAC, PLUMBING, AND ELECTRICAL SERVICES

The work under this Contract shall generally consist of, but not necessarily be limited to
providing all labor, materials, devices, tools, and equipment required for renovations to existing building 4-19, located at Fort Indiantown Gap, Annville, Lebanon County, PA; and shall be in total accordance with the specifications and drawings and subject to the terms and conditions of all other Contract Documents.

ESTIMATED RANGE: .1 General - $200,001 - $400,000, .2 HVAC - $50,001 - $100,000, .3 Plumbing - $50,001 - 100,000, .4 Electrical - $50,001 - 100,000

Liquidated Damages = (.1) $130.00 per day, (.2) $80.00 per day, (.3) $80.00 per day, (.4) $80.00 per day

PRE-BID CONFERENCE: The Pre-Bid Conference will take place on Wednesday May 10, 2023, at 9:00AM (map attached in bid documents), Fort Indiantown Gap, Lebanon County. ALL POTENTIAL BIDDERS ARE ENCOURAGED TO ATTEND.

Questions due: Tuesday May 23, 2023, by COB 4:30PM EST
