2022 PERMANENT SUPPORTIVE HOUSING DEVELOPMENT FUNDED THROUGH 2022 HOUSING BOND, HOME-ARP, AND CORONAVIRUS STATE AND LOCAL FISCAL RECOVERY FUNDS

The City of San Antonio (City) Neighborhood and Housing Services Department (NHSD) is requesting proposals from development partners to construct or acquire affordable rental housing, specifically Permanent Supportive Housing for people experiencing homelessness to facilitate a housing first approach in line with HUD guidance. The RFP will utilize the Housing Commission Framework and the 2022 Housing Bond Community Committee’s parameters to develop and inform the solicitation scoring.
