| SCOPE OF WORK: The intent of this Invitation to Bid (IFB) is to furnish and deliver the City?s annual requirements for Portland Cement, Mortar Mix, and Ready Mix Quikrete. Materials shall be delivered and unloaded at the Department of Public Works/Road Maintenance Division, 800 Carolina Road, Suffolk, Virginia 23434 or any other location in the City on an as needed basis. | |||

| The contract shall cover the period from July 1, 2023 through June 30, 2024. The City reserves the option to renew this agreement for two (2) additional one-year periods ending June 30, 2026. Unless notified in writing thirty (30) days prior to the expiration date, the contract will automatically renew during these periods. | |||
