| The intent of this Invitation for Bid (IFB) is to enter into an agreement with one (1) vendor to purchase our annual requirements and to furnish and deliver AVIATION FUEL, 100LL, JET A and related services an ?as needed? basis in accordance with all specifications, terms, and conditions herein. | |||

| The contract shall cover the period from November 1, 2022 through October 31, 2023. The City reserves the option to renew this contract for four (4) additional one-year periods ending October 31, 2027. Unless notified in writing thirty (30) days prior to the expiration date, the contract will automatically renew during these periods. | |||
