| The City of Suffolk seeks an experienced firm for the purpose of providing HVAC and Building Control Systems Preventive Maintenance, Routine, and Emergency Services for multiple facilities owned, leased or otherwise operated by the City. This Request for Proposal (RFP) is part of a competitive procurement process which helps to serve the City?s best interests. It also provides firms with a fair opportunity for their services and capabilities to be duly considered. | |||

| The contract shall cover the period beginning July 1, 2023, or upon full execution of contract, and continuing through June 30, 2024. This contract may be renewed based on the terms and conditions at the expiration of its term at the sole discretion of the City. Automatic renewals will occur for up to four (4) additional one-year periods through June 3, 2028. The right is further reserved by the City to not renew the resulting contract at the expiration of the anniversary date by furnishing the contractor with thirty (30) days written notice. | |||
