The Town is soliciting proposals from qualified firms to provide staff augmentation services for engineering project management and construction management to support the delivery of Town’s Utilities and Projects (Water and Wastewater, Public Works, Capital Projects, Plan Review and other departments as needed). Projects may include, but are not limited to, pump station upgrades, water or wastewater treatment upgrades, water and sanitary sewer system construction, replacement, rehabilitation, roadway including curb, gutter, sidewalk and stormwater and plan reviews of various engineering/construction projects.

Pre-Proposal Meeting:A virtual non-mandatory pre-proposal meeting will be held on Wednesday, May 10, 2023 at 1:00 pm (local time). It is encouraged that all Offerors attend this meeting to gain a thorough understanding of the Town’s needs. The pre-proposal meeting will be live streamed via Microsoft TEAMS and made available to the public.
