The purpose of this Unsealed Request for Proposal (URFP) is to establish an annual term contract with a qualified firm to provide portable toilets for six (6) annual Town of Leesburg events. The successful offeror, also referred to herein as “Contractor” will work with the Town to provide portable toilet units including some accessible units, with hand sanitizer, hand washing stations, wastewater tanks, and lights within units where specified for the following events: Flower & Garden Festival, Independence Day Celebration, TASTE Leesburg, Leesburg Airshow, Freeze your Gizzard 5K, and the Christmas and Holiday Parade.
