James City County, on behalf of the Human Resources Department is seeking proposals from qualified Offerors to conduct a comprehensive classification and compensation study which will assist the County in updating its classification plan, revising salary administration guidelines, and developing a strategy to increase its employee pay to a competitive level that aligns with the results of the study.
