The County of Roanoke, Virginia, is seeking proposals and qualifications from Offerors to administer the group medical and prescription drug program offered to eligible employees of the County of Roanoke, Roanoke County Public Schools, and the Western Virginia Regional Jail Authority (Roanoke) in accordance with all terms, conditions and specifications as set out in this Request for Proposal (RFP).
