A Mandatory Pre-Bid will be held beginning at RCACP at 1510 Baldwin Ave NE, Roanoke, VA 24012 at 9:00 AM on May 22, 2023, we will then travel to GRRC at 7415 Wood Haven Rd, Roanoke, VA 24019.
