RFI #2023-2024 PreQual Application - 2023-2024 Prequalification of Electrical Utility Contractors
** IMPORTANT ** The City of Richland is currently accepting new applications for the 2023/2024 prequalified electrical contract list period. New applications will be accepted until November 4, 2022 at 11:59 p.m. Pacific Local Time. **Once the 2023/2024 list is established, NO NEW APPLICATIONS WILL BE ACCEPTED UNTIL OCTOBER 2023.** City of Richland, Washington is required by the Revised Code of Washington (RCW) 35.92.350 to prequalify electrical contractors or subcontractors bidding on electrical utility type work for Richland Energy Services. Electrical contractors approved in 2023 are required to verify and update contractor information for 2024. Changes to the 2023 prequalification application are required to be submitted and approved in order to remain on the 2023-2024 Electrical Contractors Prequalification List.
