ITB #22-0097 - 2023 Horn Rapids Crop Circle - Center Pivot Replacement Project (Restrictive Bid)
This is a Restrictive Bid An invitation to Bid was issued in accordance with RCW 35.22.620, which permits the use of a Small Works Roster to solicit bids. Only qualified contractors who have (1) filled out an application to be on the MRSC Small Works Roster and have been accepted, and (2) been invited to bid on this project by the City, may submit bids. If you did not receive an email invitation to this bid directly from the City of Richland , you are not eligible to submit a bid response. The project consists of, but not limited to, furnishing all materials, labor, tools, and equipment necessary to perform the work required. The project consists of the replacement of two (2) center irrigation pivot systems prior to the 2023 irrigation season and an updated assessment of all pivot systems. Base Bid: Crop Circle 405 system, which is 1,255 ft long with 8 towers, providing irrigation to 120.1 acres. Crop Circle 406 system, which is 1,101 ft long with 7 towers, providing irrigation to 94.5 acres,refer to Attachment A and the Aerial Map. All viable irrigation materials removed from the existing crop circles shall be stored in the already established area on the property for future repairs. Engineer's estimate: $225,000 to $275,000 The City of Richland in accordance with Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, 78 Stat. 252, 42 U.S.C. 200d to 2000d-4 and Title 49, Code of Federal Regulations, Department of Transportation, subtitle A, Office of the Secretary, Part 21, nondiscrimination in federally assisted programs of the Department of Transportation issued pursuant to such Act, hereby notifies all bidders that it will affirmatively insure that in any contract entered into pursuant to this advertisement, disadvantaged business enterprises as defined at 49 CFR Part 26 will be afforded full opportunity to submit bids in response to this invitation and will not be discriminated against on the grounds of race, color, national origin, or sex in consideration for an award. Small, Minority and Women-owned firms are encouraged to submit bid.
