ITB #23-0036 - 1344 Thayer Dr. Demolition & Site Remediation Project

Public notice is hereby given that bids will be received for the City of Richland’s 1344 THAYER DR. DEMOLITION & SITE REMEDIATION Project by the City of Richland Purchasing Division until the date and time specified above, at which time bids will be opened and read publicly. This project includes but is not limited to the removal of an existing structure located at 1344 Thayer Drive that has endured structurally compromising fire damage and weather exposure. The demolition of the structure shall be in accordance with the provided AMOC work plan and Benton Clean Air approved demolition methods for a project of this category. All such demolition, identified debris, and site restoration shall be complete, as shown on the plans and specifications. This project is estimated at $95,000 to $130,000. The City of Richland in accordance with Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, 78 Stat. 252, 42 U.S.C. 200d to 2000d-4 and Title 49, Code of Federal Regulations, Department of Transportation, subtitle A, Office of the Secretary, Part 21, nondiscrimination in federally assisted programs of the Department of Transportation issued pursuant to such Act, hereby notifies all bidders that it will affirmatively insure that in any contract entered into pursuant to this advertisement, disadvantaged business enterprises as defined at 49 CFR Part 26 will be afforded full opportunity to submit bids in response to this invitation and will not be discriminated against on the grounds of race, color, national origin, or sex in consideration for an award. Small, Minority and Women-owned firms are encouraged to submit bid.
