Janitorial Services

Racine County is accepting sealed bids to provide annual Janitorial Cleaning Services at the following Racine County facilities: Law Enforcement Center, Courthouse, Patrol Station / Communications Center, Human Services Buildings and the Western Racine Service Center, Cliffside Park, Harbor Park, Sanders Park, Franksville Park, Pritchard Park, Fischer Park, Eagle Lake Park, Old Settlers Park, and Col. Heg Memorial Park.

Bids will be received in the office of the Racine County Purchasing Department, 730 Wisconsin Avenue 4 ^th Floor Racine, WI 53403 until 10:00 a.m., CDT, Monday, November 21, 2022

A Mandatory pre-bid conference will start at the Racine County Ives Grove Complex, 1 ^st Floor Conference Room, 14200 Washington Ave. Sturtevant, WI 53177 at 8:00 AM, Tuesday November 1, 2022. Walk though of other buildings to follow immediately after the meeting. No bids will be accepted from any contractor who fails to attend the pre-bid conference. RACINE COUNTY through its duly authorized representatives reserves the right to reject any or all bids, waive all technicalities, and choose the offer deemed most advantageous to Racine County.
