Bid Synopsis:	The Department of Corrections (DOC) requests bids on behalf of Division of Adult Institutions (DAI) and Division of Juvenile Corrections (DJC) for the rental, delivery, set-up, and removal of temporary heating equipment, as well as all the necessary equipment to operate the equipment, which will be referred to as “Category 1”. This request is also for the maintenance and parts to repair current HVAC equipment in DOC facilities, which will be referred to as “Category 2”. Additionally, this bid is for the purchase of HVAC parts that are not available through state contracts for simple repairs of HVAC equipment, which will be referred to as “Category 3”. This RFB is intended to provide these commodities/services to DOC facilities statewide. However, vendor can submit bids even if they are not able to service all DOC locations.
