This Request for Proposal (“RFP”) is being issued by the State of Colorado (“Lead State”) in collaboration with NASPO ValuePoint cooperative purchasing program. The purpose of this RFP is to seek qualified suppliers to provide Multi-Function Devices and Related Software, Services and Cloud Solutions for all Participating Entities.
The resulting Master Agreement(s) will replace the current Copiers&Managed Print Services Master Agreements, which have been extended through July 31, 2024 in order to provide time for the re-solicitation.
The new RFP for Multi-Function Devices and Related Software, Services and Cloud Solutions, has now been posted to Colorado VSS. Below are instructions on how to access it:
The RFP is available on Colorado’s procurement system website at: https://codpa-vss.cloud.cgifederal.com/webapp/PRDVSS2X1/AltSelfService or the ValuePoint website at: www.naspovaluepoint.org/solicitation-information .
- Click on the Public Access button
- In the Keyword Search box, type in "Nikki Pollack"
- Locate the RFP based on the title of the Solicitation and click on the Details tab
All offeror proposals must be submitted by 1:00 p.m., MDT on April 14, 2023. Late proposals will not be accepted.
