The City of Seattle Public Utilities (SPU) is requesting qualifications from qualified consultants to provide expertise in architectural services to evaluate facility conditions, lead the replacement of worn assemblies and systems, and support Utility planning to guide security system and tenant space improvements as they arise.

The deadline for submitting Qualifications is 12:00 Pacific Time on Tuesday, May 30, 2023, electronic only via e-mail to SPU_SolicitationResponses@seattle.gov .
