The Lower Colorado River Authority (LCRA) is soliciting proposals from qualified, eligible vendors to perform all operations required for the construction of building improvements to the existing men’s and women’s restroom/shower facilities at the Matagorda Bay Nature Park. The building improvements and upgrades include new wall tile, tile flooring, mechanical, plumbing, and electrical upgrades, toilet partitions, fixtures, and countertops. |

There will be a Pre-Proposal Meeting and a Pre-Proposal Site Visit. Details below: 1) Pre-Proposal Meeting: February 22, 2023, 10:00 am CST (Online via Microsoft Teams) The pre-proposal meeting is not mandatory; but strongly encouraged. Offerors interested in attending this meeting must RSVP via email to Brandon.Drayden@lcra.org no later than February 20, 2023, by 12:00 pm CST. Please include name and title of attendee(s) with your RSVP to receive invite to the Microsoft Teams Meeting. 2) Pre-Proposal Site Visit: March 1, 2023, 10:00 am CST
