FY23: Madden Mental Health Condensate Tank Replacement. Vendor to furnish all labor, materials, tools, and equipment needed to replace the condensation tank in the boiler room. Vendor is responsible for all removal and disposal of the old tank including all piping, motors, and concrete base. An asbestos abatement may be necessary around the piping insulation. A temporary tank must be provided while the new system is being installed. Successful vendor will include all costs associated with testing, material disposal, temporary tank, and installation of a new tank. A walk-through will be required. This contract is subject to the Prevailing wage Act.
