The intent of this Request for Proposal (RFP) is for the County of Loudoun, Virginia (County) to obtain fixed price proposals from firms specializing in providing a webbased and cloud-based Insurance Credentialing Software (ICS) for the County’s Department of Mental Health Substance Abuse and Developmental Services (MHSADS) and the Loudoun County Department of Health (LCHD), hereinafter referred to as “Departments”.
The County intends to make a single award to one (1) successful offeror. The County anticipates awarding a five (5) year contract and thereafter automatically renew on an annual basis.
