The purpose of this Invitation for Bid (IFB) is to obtain a qualified contractor to provide operation, maintenance, monitoring, and repair services to the County of Loudoun, Virginia (County), Loudoun Landfill Gas Collection and Control System (GCCS).
Pre-Bid Conference:
A Pre-Bid Conference will be held on April 24, 2023 at 2:00 p.m. at the Loudoun County Landfill Engineer’s Trailer located at 21101 Evergreen Mills Road, Leesburg, Virginia 20175 for clarification of any questions on the specifications and inspection of site.
