Sealed proposals will be received by the Division of Public Works, State of Idaho, at 502 N. 4th St., PO
Box 83720, Boise, Idaho 83720-0072 until 2:00 pm local time, on Thursday, February 18, 2021 for
DPW Project 19007, Replace 5th Floor Surface Coating, State Parking Garage #1, Department of
Administration, Boise, Idaho.
A description of the work of this project can be summarized to include structural repairs at damaged
areas of the Capitol Mall Parking Garage. Work includes repairs to beams, columns, topping slabs and
traffic membranes.
Proposals will be opened and publicly read at the above hour and date.
Plans, specifications, proposal forms and other information are on file for examination at the following

There will be a Pre-Bid Conference on site at the State Parking Garage on Wednesday, February 3,
2021, beginning at 1:00 pm, prevailing local time. Please meet at the NE corner of 5th and State Street
to sign in. Bidders are required to attend.
One set of documents may be obtained by licensed general contractors and by licensed mechanical and
electrical subcontractors from the Architect for a refundable deposit of $250.00. Others may obtain
documents at cost, non-refundable.
A bid bond in the amount of 5% of the total bid amount, including any add alternates, is required. A Public
Works Contractor's License for the State of Idaho is required to bid on this work.
