Standard Specifications

For

One (1) New Rear Loader Trash Truck

GENERAL PROVISIONS: Sealed bids for one (1) New Rear Loader Trash Truck are invited and will be received until 2:30 p.m., local time Monday November 14 ^th at 2:00 , at the office of the City Clerk, P.O. Box 880, 806 Second Avenue, Dodge City, Kansas 67801-0880. All bids will be opened at City Hall immediately thereafter.

This bid form shall be submitted, together with complete specifications for the equipment being proposed, in a sealed envelope clearly marked “SEALED BID: Rear Loader Trash Truck” Failure to use said bid form may be grounds for rejecting any such bid.

No bidder may withdraw his bid for at least thirty (30) days after the scheduled closing time for the receipt of bids. The City reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive informalities.
