• Painter Hall (PAI)
• The project is a renovation of an existing science lab building that will include interior demolition and renovation, an exterior entry addition, and
  landscaping. The work will include, but, be limited to hazardous abatement, and selected demolition of a significant 1930’s building. The renovation will include new entry, a gallery space with modern digital technology, relocation of existing lab occupants, and offices within the building, landscaping on north
  and south sides of the building.
• The general Construction Budget range for the project is approximately $11,000,000.00 to $12,000,000.00.
