Responses to Questions about the Procurement
1. What is the total funding amount available? How many contracts will be awarded?
Response: At present, the total funding per year is $100,000, exclusive of NM
GRT. This is a multiple-award procurement. The number of awarded contracts
is dependent on the number of submitted proposals that meet/exceed the
qualifications.
2. Does the Santa Fe Public School district qualify for the in-state and county
procurement preferences? If so, what documentation would be appropriate from an
entity such as ours?
Response: Any Offeror may qualify for the in-state and County preferences, if
they have applied and can provide a valid preference certificate from the State
and Santa Fe County Purchasing Division.

3. What are the online submission preferences: separate documents, or one PDF with
documents in order?
Response: If you are planning to use the DropBox, please provide the
documents in one PDF. It is required to provide the cost proposal as a separate
document.
4. If our program is submitting for a multi-project approach, would you like cost
proposal information separated (i.e. separate columns by project for each line item)?
Response: Please present information in the clearest and most explanatory way.
5. Under Scope of Work, the RFP states "Funds must be used for new programming
and may not be used to supplant existing programs." We plan to apply for funds to
continue our previously Santa Fe County DWI funded projects, that currently are un-
or partially funded; Is this permissible?
Response: Yes, you may apply for funds for the continuation of a current
program or previously funded programs.
Please add this Addendum #1 to the original Proposal documents and refer to Proposal documents,
hereto as such. This and all subsequent addenda will become part of any resulting contract
documents and have effects as if original issued. All other unaffected sections will have their
original interpretation and remain in full force and effect. Offerors are reminded that any questions
or need for clarification must be addressed to Coralie Whitmore, Senior Procurement Specialist at
cgwhitmore@santafecountynm.gov
