Mandatory Pre-bid Meeting will be Tuesday, June 13, 2022 at 10:00 a.m. CST., held via videoconference (Zoom). You must register in advance for the pre-bid meeting at the following link:

After Registering, you will receive a confirmation email containing information about joining mandatory pre-bid meeting.

SEALED bids for Bid # 029-08-23 will be accepted until 2:00 p.m. CST, Tuesday, June 20, 2023 and read aloud at 2:00 p.m. CST, same date via videoconference (Zoom) at:

Any bid received after 2:00 p.m. CST will not be considered. Emailed Bids Will Not be accepted.

§ Bid must be completed and submitted on the forms found within the Specifications. Incomplete bid forms will invalidate the bid and the bid will be rejected and returned to the bidder upon request. The right to accept any bid or to reject any or all bids and to waive all formalities is hereby reserved by Bryan Texas Utilities. BTU may hold the responses for a period of 90 days without taking action. Bidders are required to hold their responses firm for the same period of time

In order to ensure a fair and public bid process, all questions or clarifications related to this Request for Bid shall be addressed in writing, via the Brazos Valley Online Bidding System ( https://brazosbid.ionwave.net ) prior to 12:00 p.m. CST on June 16, 2023.

Sealed bids shall be clearly marked with the bid number and addressed to the BTU Purchasing Department.
