LAFAYETTE PARK PIER REPLACEMENT

The Central Purchasing Office of the City of Annapolis is accepting sealed bids for construction services until 2:00 p.m., local time, Tuesday, April 7, 2020. Bids will be opened and read aloud in the Central Purchasing Office, 161 Duke of Gloucester Street, 1 ^st Floor, Annapolis, Maryland 21401. Late bids will not be accepted under any circumstances.

The scope of work includes, but is not limited to, demolishing and removing existing pier, installing new floating dock and related incidental site work. Bidders must be a marine contractor registered with the Maryland Department of the Environment (MDE) to qualify for this project.

Interested parties are invited to attend a pre-bid conference at 11:00 a.m., Wednesday, March 11, 2020 at the construction site located at 131 Lafayette Avenue in the Murray Hill area in Annapolis .

The City of Annapolis reserves the right to reject any or all bids, to waive informalities and to select the bid deemed to be in the best interest of the City.
