Skilled Craft &Trade Services- Supplement

Irving Independent School District is accepting proposals and seeking highly qualified respondents for the "as needed" purchase of SKILLED CRAFTS and TRADES SERVICES (Supplement).

This is for short term project contracts requiring various crafts/trades. The work included in this contract may include, but is not limited to, carpenters, mill work, sheet metal fabricators, painters, plumbers, electricians, movers, welders, brick layers, repair technicians for large kitchen equipment (walk in coolers and freezers, ovens, steamers, etc. ), small appliance repair (washer/dryer, ice makers, etc.), outside technicians (repair to mowers, weed eaters, blowers, etc.), crane service, locksmith services and automotive repair and more.

Vendors currently awarded RFP 22-84-914 do NOT need to complete a new submission.

The district will award this RFP to multiple respondents based on the evaluation of all proposals received. The term of award will be one (1) year from the date of award with the District's option to renew for two (2) additional 12 month periods, for a maximum of three (3) years.

Although we are legally required to accept paper bids, we strongly request bidders submit their response electronically. When filing this bid electronically, please do not send us a paper copy, as the electronic version will prevail. NO emailed or Faxed bids will be accepted. Your cooperation is appreciated. Please be advised, no late or incomplete bids will be accepted.
