The City of Boca Raton, Florida is accepting sealed bids for the above.

The work includes the furnishing of all labor, materials, equipment, services and incidentals for the on-going rehabilitation, repairs and replacement services to the City’s water distribution system, installation of insert valves, installation of line stops, and all incidentals required to complete the project in conformance with the Contract Documents. The work is located throughout the City of Boca Raton’s utility service area.

This bid is intended to be a continuing term contract for Work in the following groups: Group A: Pressure Pipe Repair and Installation, Group B: Insert valve Installation and Group C: Line Stop Installations.

The term contract will be a five (5) year continuing contract, with three (3) one-year renewals for on-going repairs and rehabilitation services to the City’s pressure mains. The City will issue a separate Work Order for each individual project, on an as needed basis.

The estimated annual budget for this bid is $1,200,000

Instructions for attending the GoTo Meeting are detailed in Exhibit CMT of the Bid document. Bidders are urged to be prompt and familiarized with the bid documents. The pre-bid is not mandatory.
