Details
Oregon State University intends to contract for the provision of upgrades to the Hinsdale Large Wave Flume and Directional Wave Basin from MTS Systems Corporations as a sole source because of its ability to meet compatibility requirements of an existing line of equipment and the contractor being the single provider of the goods and/or services. MTS Systems Corporation developed and designed a majority of the components of the existing equipment, including hardware and software. These components are not commercially available and proprietary to MTS. An entity may appeal this determination in accordance with OSU Standard 03-015. Section 5.20 no later than the closing date indicated on the website. Appeals must be submitted to Procurement, Contracts and Materials Management at
