Customized Software Application Modifications and Maintenance

Oregon State University intends to contract for the provision of software application modification and maintenance services from TWDI LLC as a sole source due to TWDI’s ability to meet compatibility requirements of the existing, customized software application in addition to the contractor being able to meet critical timeframes to support research and/or business needs of the university. The customized software application was created by TWDI LCC and their predecessor Pacific Research Associates. The application needs to be modified for current use and then maintained ongoing. TWDI’s experience as the custom developer of the application makes them uniquely qualified to provide modifications to the application by the required deadlines to support the requirements of the university. An entity may appeal this determination in accordance with OSU Standard 03-015. Section 5.20 no later than the closing date indicated on the website.
