Details
Oregon State University intends to contract for the provision of development of ArArEXPERIMENTS version 5 releast to support database management within the software from Cogense Inc. as a sole source because of the uniqueness (design, capability, nature) of the goods and/or services and the contractor being the single provider of the goods and/or services. The development and maintenance of the ArArSUITE software is an ongoing project specifically for controlling OSU's ARGUS VI mass spectrometer. Cogense Inc., being involved since inception of the program, has a unique and specific knowledge to continue to develop and maintain current and new aspects of the system. An entity may appeal this determination in accordance with OSU Standard 03-015. Section 5.20 no later than the closing date indicated on the website.
