The City of West Palm Beach is seeking bids from qualified bidders for Roosevelt Estate – 7th Street Utility Improvements, Palm Beach Lakes Boulevard to Australian Avenue, West Palm Beach, Florida. Within the 7th Street corridor, improvements of the City’s existing infrastructure (sanitary sewer, storm water, and incidental water main) have been identified (Utility Project). Included in the LAP Project are the roadway improvements by full depth reclamation on 7th Street from Palm Beach Lakes Boulevard to Australian Avenue. 7th Street is a swale collector street with a 60-foot wide right of way. There are existing traffic circles (roundabouts) and speed humps at various locations.
