Project location will be East of the Animal Science Farm in Wellsville, UT.



Specifications:





  • 5 Tower pivot 6-5/8" Heavy Duty, Non-Tow


  • Booster pump, 130-gal Galvanized. With end pipe flush out kit (galvanized)


  • Remote Irrigation Management system (GPS)


  • Single boom backs on each tower with nozzles on each end and valve to shut off each (Picture attached)


  • Sprinkler package: Nelson 3NV 4 function system with 3030 sprinkler (Or equivalent to)


  • 9X24 tires. (standard)


  • Center Drives at 43 RPM


  • 11-gauge steel or equivalent {Galvanized)


  • Aqua valve for remote shut


  • Dragon Filter at pivot tower for700 GPM capability


  • 8" poly offset at pivot tower with drain, AV and


  • Pivot tower must be 16' off ditch for canal right


  • Concrete pad for pivot tower


  • 1350' of 100 psi 8" mainline from pivot tower to pump (MUST be buried 4' to farm over)


  • 40hp turbine pump and motor


  • 40hp Variable Frequency Drive in Weatherproof Cabinet


  • Concrete sump box 4' x 8'


  • Rotating screen with headgate attached on


  • 1- 16' x 10" pipe from headgate to sump box


  • 4' concrete walls on each side of rotating screen to prevent washout of canal (Picture provided)


  • 8" poly offset with AV, PRV and drain at With 6" ring lock fitting (FEMALE) for portable mainline to go across canal to the east.


  • 2 valves to be able to shut off portable mainline and, also the mainline with


  • 540' of 6" lO0psi mainline with riser assemblies every 60' with AV, PRV and drain at the end of the line going south of pump. (Must keep mainline 16' off canal bank for irrigation right away)


  • Concrete thrust blocks


  • All electrical to hook up from Gen Set to pump, VFD, and {Gen Set we will furnish)


  • Gen Set is a 480v 3 phase, 90 KW diesel generator on skids.


  • Need disconnect at Gen Set


  • 4' x 8' concrete pad for Gen Set and VFD to set Gen Set must be able to be moved back to shop for winter maintenance but must be secured to pad while in operation. Gen Set has its own fuel tank built in. We can provide electrical specs for Gen Set.


  • Installation of all (Water and electrical)


  • Start up and programing of system.



Installation of Headgate, rotating screen and concrete walls MUST be completed by May 1, 2023, with permission from canal company.



Bids must be submitted by April 17, 2023, by 12 PM, MST.
