Pre-Proposal Time: 4:00 PM
A pre-proposal meeting will be held at 4:00 PM on Monday, March 20, 2023 at 9339 S. Polk Street, Dallas, TX 75232, for all interested parties. This meeting is not mandatory, but information discussed will be extremely helpful in preparation of the proposal.
All general contractors and sub-contractors are encouraged to attend this meeting. Contractors will meet A/E(s) and PM at each school to start site tours. The first site tour will take place immediately following the pre-proposal conference.

Closing Date: 04/25/2023
Closing Time: 2:00 PM
Completed CSP Package Part 1-A, 1-B and 1-C are due on Tuesday, April 25, 2023 at 2:00 PM (local time) at the Linus D. Wright Administration Building-Construction Services office, 9400 N. Central Expwy, 8th Floor. Dallas, TX 75231.
Complete CSP Package Part 2 is due on Wednesday, April 26, 2023 at 3:00 PM (local time) at the Linus Wright Administration Building-Construction Services office, 9400 N. Cental Expwy, 8th Floor, Dallas, TX 75231.
Any materials received after the respective closing dates/times will not be considered.
Addendum :
The District will open and read the names of the proposers and prices submitted in responsive CSPs beginning at 3:00 PM local time upon submittal of Part 2 of the Package via Zoom.
