Description: The Airports Authority is seeking a Contractor or Contractors with a team of attorneys possessing qualifications and experience that demonstrate a high competency in delivering a wide variety of legal services on behalf of public agencies. The services include providing advice, opinions and other assistance related to a variety of subject matters, such as (by way of example and not limitation), contract drafting, interpretation, administration and protests in connection with Authority procurements; disputes arising under Authority contracts for goods and services and for construction at the Airports; compliance with requirements set by federal grants; coverages and exclusions provided in Authority insurance policies; and transactions involving Authority real estate.
