Description: The Airports Authority seeks a law firm or firms with a team of attorneys possessing qualifications and experience that demonstrate a high competency in delivering legal services on employment issues, practices and matters on behalf of public agencies. Services include the provision of advice and assistance related to employment disputes between the Authority and one or more of its employees, including claims of employment discrimination; the provision of advice and assistance relating to the application of state and federal employment and labor relations statutes to the Authority; and representation of the Authority, both as plaintiff and defendant, in employment-related litigation in federal and state courts and in administrative forums.
