University of Kansas Branding RFP Re-Release

Re-Release Rationale: After reviewing the responses from the initial solicitation, the evaluation team decided to re-release the RFP with an increased budget and clarification on scope. All firms who initially submitted are strongly encouraged to “resubmit” within the new budget and in line with the clarified scope.

Budget: The maximum budget for this RFP will now be $300,000 including travel and all other expenses. Please be sure your pricing submission is inclusive of all expenses.

Scope: It is important to clarify that the scope of work does not require intensive, primary research of all audiences listed in Section 10 of the SOW. It is anticipated that the preliminary internal discovery work, sharing of existing audience research held by the University, and secondary research will lead to only a few of the audiences requiring intensive, primary research. Your proposal and pricing should not include the implementation of the media plan. For the purposes of this proposal please assume four (4) of the listed audience segments will be studied through intensive, primary research.
