GIS Asset/Work Order Management Solution


The City of Green River is requesting proposals from qualified firms to provide professional services for the development of an Asset/Work Order Management GIS Solution. The project as proposed should include a user-friendly cloud or server-based GIS solution for managing the City of Green River’s fixed assets, including an integrated work order management system. Additionally, the solution should provide a facility management component to manage facility infrastructure within buildings. The finished product will supplement the City’s existing organization-wide GIS program.

The City of Green River will receive sealed Technical and Price Proposals at the office of the Finance Department, Green River City Hall, 50 East 2 nd North, Green River, WY 82935 until 4:00 PM local time on Tuesday, November 1, 2022. No faxed or e-mailed proposals will be accepted. No submittals will be accepted after that time and date.

The City desires to receive a clear, concise, economical presentation of the firm’s proposal. Bidders should submit the following with their proposal:

  1. Three originals of the technical proposal narrative
  2. Three originals of the proposed project cost and current rate sheet(s)
  3. Three originals of the proposed project schedule

Submit all of the above in a sealed envelope bearing the project name “GIS Asset/Work Order Management Solution.” All submissions shall become the property of the City of Green River and are subject to the Freedom of Information Act and Privacy Legislation.

The City reserves the right to reject any or all proposals or to accept any proposal, which in its judgment will best serve the City’s interests. The City reserves the right to waive any and all informalities in the submittal process, or within any Statement of Qualifications. The City may require up to forty-five (45) days after opening the proposals to award the work.
