The City of Georgetown is seeking proposals from all qualified respondents to perform construction services of the Transfer Station Fuel Farm Reconstruction located at 1101 N College St, Georgetown, TX. The successful Offeror (Consultant) must meet all requirements of this RFP, maintain proper licensing, and comply with all federal, state, and local laws and mandates relative to the services specified in this RFP. Sealed proposals may be electronically submitted through the City E-bid system accessible via City’s web site at https://gtowntx.ionwave.net/Login.aspx on of before May 2 , April 25 , 2023 at 2:00 PM and immediately thereafter publicly opened and read aloud. Bidders shall scan and up-load a copy of their Bid Security (sealed Bid Bond, Certified Check or Cashier’s Check ) as an attachment to their electronic bid. Original documents for Bid Security will be requested by the City from the lowest two bidders and delivered to the City’s Purchasing Buyer within 48 business hours of the Bid Opening. Bid Security shall be postmarked and mailed to: City Purchasing Office, Georgetown Municipal Complex, 300-1 Industrial Ave, Georgetown, Texas 78626.
