Notes	*ADDENDUM NO. 1* The City of Georgetown is accepting sealed proposals to provide the Fully Insured Stop Loss Benefits. The successful Offeror (Consultant) must meet all requirements of this RFP, maintain proper licensing, and comply with all federal, state, and local laws and mandates relative to the services specified in this RFP.
