TH 78 Corridor Study

Brief Description: MnDOT requests responses for corridor study on TH78. The purpose of this corridor study is to complete an assessment of the Trunk Highway (TH) 78 corridor from US 10 south of Perham to Wagon Trail Road south of Ottertail. The emphasis of the study will be within the City of Ottertail and along Ottertail Lake. This study will help determine near and long-term improvements. The State is planning to complete a preservation project in 2030 between County State Aid Highway (CSAH) 54 and Wagon Trail Road and the intent of this Corridor Study Document is to provide guidance to the state for future improvements. As part of this study process, concept layouts and typical sections, along with preliminary costs will be developed.
