Robert Street Resurfacing Project
Brief description: MnDOT requests responses for engineering services for concept, preliminary, and final design for the Robert Street Resurfacing Project, SP 6217-50, that is scheduled for construction in State Fiscal Year 2026. This contract is a phased contract, with concept and preliminary design occurring in the first phase of the contract, and final design to be completed in the second phase of the project. The State will execute a contract with the successful bidder for the work included in Phase 1 and possible tasks in Phase 2. Individual work tasks in Phase 2 will be added to the contract if/when needed at a later date, and there will be an opportunity to negotiate the scope and fee of tasks added during Phase 2 as individual work tasks are added. Phase 2 work tasks may be added at any point during the contract duration, and the State reserves the right to not add any of the tasks in Phase 2.
