TH 48 Planning Study

Brief Description: MnDOT requests responses for a planning study on TH 48 through Hinckley that includes evaluation of existing and future conditions of the corridor, public engagement to develop intersection and corridor recommendations to increase safety for all users and provide a sufficient level of service for future traffic volumes and increase in bicycle and pedestrian usage. The goals of this project are to identify and document the existing safety and capacity characteristics of the study corridor and recommend corridor, intersection, and access improvements that will address current safety and capacity deficiencies.
