Overview
2500 TON SALT STORAGE BUILDINGS, 7,141sq.ft.ea. as per attached plans and project manual. Work to be done during regular working hours and days M - F 7:00 to 3:30. Inspection by Iowa State Building Code Bureau.
Contractor to be a licensed roofer in the state of Iowa.
Required 1 year construction warranty and materials warranty as indicated in specs.
Awarded contractor must be a licensed, bonded and insured contractor
DOT Estimated Start Date: July 5, 2023

August 1, 2024
Davis-Bacon wages do not apply.
