Murphy Distribution Center Addition
SCOPE OF WORK:
Addition of approximately 15,900 SF to the existing Murphy Distribution Center. Work includes a new loading dock ramp, minor fencing modifications, and associated site work.
The estimated budget and Location:
Estimated Budget- $3,294,000 plus $300,000 owner's contingency
Project Location - 650 N. Murphy Road, Murphy, TX 75094
