Cloud Based Unified Communications as a Service

Montgomery County Community College will receive proposals for the provision of Cloud Based Unified Communications as a Service for Montgomery County Community College, RFP# 6 - FY22/23. Proposal Documents, including specifications, will be available to interested Proposers after January 9, 2023, through PennBid. Registration is free. A mandatory on-site conference will be held on January 25, 2023, at 11 a.m. EST. Further details are available with the RFP Documents. Questions will be accepted through PennBid through January 30, 2023.

Proposals must be uploaded to PennBid by 10 a.m. Eastern Standard Time, February 8, 2023.

Proposals must include the designated forms in the Request for Proposal documents. Proposals shall conform to all other requirements as more fully set forth in the proposal documents, including compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.

Certification of local, diverse, and disadvantaged businesses will be considered in the evaluation process.
