Montgomery County Community College will receive proposals for Non-Credit Course Management System, RFP #4 FY20/21. Proposal Documents, including specifications, will be available to interested Proposers after September 9, 2020 through Public Purchase – registration is free.
A mandatory Pre-Proposal Conference will be held on September 15, 2020 at 2 p.m. EST (US and Canada). Please register in advance. After registering, you will receive a confirmation email containing information about joining the meeting. Questions will be accepted through Public Purchase until 5 p.m. on September 17, 2020.
Proposals must be uploaded to Public Purchase by 12 a.m. EST on October 2, 2020.
Proposals must include the designated forms in the Request for Proposal documents. Proposals shall conform to all other requirements as more fully set forth in the bidding documents, including compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
Certification of local, diverse, and disadvantaged businesses will be considered in the evaluation process.
The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all proposals or any part thereof or items therein and to waive informalities and/or technicalities, as it deems best to protect its interest.
